Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Deal Route, operated by Cortada Capital Group (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and “you” means that company.

The service

Deal Route is software for merchant cash advance brokerages: shopping deals to funders, tracking submissions and offers, working deal email, and recording commissions. We provide it as it is described at the time you use it, and we may add, change or remove features.

Accounts

• Accounts are issued to a brokerage, which controls who within it may sign in.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login, and for keeping your password and any verification codes to yourself.
• Tell us promptly at support@dealroute.app if you believe an account has been misused.
• You must be 18 or older and using Deal Route for business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or use Deal Route to send anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing.
• Send bulk unsolicited email, or use a connected mailbox in a way that breaks Google's terms or anti-spam law.
• Upload material you have no right to hold, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another brokerage's data, probe or disrupt the service, or work around any limit or access control in it.
• Resell or provide the service to a third party without our written agreement.

Your data

Your records stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host and operate the service for you — to store, process and display your data so the product works. We do not sell it. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to hold the merchant information you enter, and for meeting any obligations you have to the people it describes.

Third-party services

Deal Route works with services we do not control — Google for connected mailboxes, and our hosting and database providers. Your use of a connected Google account is also governed by Google's own terms, and we are not responsible for those services being unavailable or changing.

Availability

We work to keep Deal Route available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.

No advice

Deal Route presents calculations, offer figures and underwriting summaries as a working tool. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not replace your own review. Decisions you take on a deal remain yours.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Deal Route is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Deal Route at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if required by law. On termination we will make your data available for a reasonable period on request, then delete it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and we will tell account administrators where the change is material. Continuing to use Deal Route after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state and federal courts located in New York.
